I'm passionate about fitness because it had such a profound impact on my life. For so long, I was shy, unconfident, and honestly just lost. I struggled with fad dieting, trying desperately to find a "quick fix" to making me love myself and my body. Wanting to be "skinny," and prioritizing that over strength and happiness.
When I went on my fitness journey, I realized how lifechanging it was to focus on building strength and finding self-love through following through with my own word. I realized how powerful and badass I felt when I gave my body what it deserved, and measured my achievements based on strength and confidence.
Nothing is more rewarding than watching my clients do the same, and being able to be a part of that journey. And I'm ready to help you too, if you'd like me to!
